HOW TO USE

1. Rinse the tongue cleaner before use.
2. Hold both handles and place the curved edge toward the back of the tongue, only as far as comfortable.
3. Apply light pressure and gently pull the cleaner forward.
4. Repeat two or three times as required.
5. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to dry before storing it in its case.
