Refund policy
We will initiate a reverse pickup (where possible) however sometimes, this may not be possible. You are then responsible for shipping charges to return the item, with exception of damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items. Refunds or exchanges do not apply to Safety Razors (if used), safety blades sampler packs, which have been partially used, or any other product whose seal has been broken. Securely pack the item(s) you are returning and include a copy of your original packing slip. Ship the item only to the address provided to you by our Customer Service Representative when obtaining your return authorization. After we receive, inspect and process your return, a refund (less shipping) will be issued within 7 business days of receipt. All Sale/Clearance items are final sales, no returns can or will be made. Please see the Free Shipping policy for an additional exception. For your protection, insure the package and ship via a traceable method. Pink Woolf is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
