Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping

Our standard shipping service is offered via Shipping Aggregators and is dependent on courier partner and speed of service for your pin code. It has an estimated arrival within 2-7 business days (within India) from the date shipped.

If all our products are available, orders placed before 10:00 AM IST will ship the same day; orders placed after 10:00 AM IST, or on a weekend or holiday will ship within 2 business days.

Once your order has been picked up, we provide tracking information so you can track your package through delivery.

International Shipping

We process all international shipping within 2-7 business days and will contact you if there’s a delay beyond 7 days. We partner with DHL eCommerce for International Shipping that typically takes between 6-15 business days, but can take longer depending on individual country’s customs delays.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Pink Woolf has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Once you package has shipped, we will share tracking via email.

We will not be able to share tracking updates, but you will see that your order has shipped and is on its way to you.

Flat Rate Shipping for International Customers -:

We have worked hard to get the shipping cost down for our International customers.

  • Worldwide -$19.99 (INR – 1,499)
  • If there is an extra charge from the shipping company (due to extra weight, size, new regulations etc.), we will let you know before your order ships and those will be charged at actuals. If you do not receive your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will help.

Shipping Restrictions

Products that contain sharp items (like safety blades) will not be shipped internationally or products that contain alcohol or compressed air are potentially hazardous for shipping. If you are an international customer, the complimentary safety blades will be removed before shipping and then your order shipped.

Returns

We are obsessed with customer satisfaction so rest assured; we will work with you to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

To return an item:

  • All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by a Pink Woolf representative. Contact us at +91 89205 68359 or email hello@pinkwoolf.com to speak to a Customer Service Representative to receive your return instructions.
  • To obtain your refund, the item must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase, in new, unused condition (for sanitary purposes), in the original packaging, same condition as sold, with tamper-proof seals unbroken, if present, and with all literature and factory seals in place. All orders returned within 30 days will receive a refund via original payment method. If it is over 30 days we will issue a credit that can be used at www.PinkWoolf.com. Please keep a copy of the email confirmation.

Returns Policy

We will initiate a reverse pickup (where possible) however sometimes, this may not be possible. You are then responsible for shipping charges to return the item, with exception of damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items.

  • Refunds or exchanges do not apply to Safety Razors (if used), safety blades sampler packs, which have been partially used, or any other product whose seal has been broken.
  • Securely pack the item(s) you are returning and include a copy of your original packing slip. Ship the item only to the address provided to you by our Customer Service Representative when obtaining your return authorization.
  • After we receive, inspect and process your return, a refund (less shipping) will be issued within 7 business days of receipt.
  • All Sale/Clearance items are final sales, no returns can or will be made. Please see the Free Shipping policy for an additional exception.
  • For your protection, insure the package and ship via a traceable method. Pink Woolf is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items
